The first things people ask.
Is everyone on my team really free?
Yes. Add your whole team. Everyone can record, share, watch, comment. We never charge per person. Your bill is based on the videos you keep, full stop.
How do you decide what to charge me?
Every recording you keep takes up some space — usually about 1 GB for 20 minutes of video. We charge a few cents per month for each video that stays in your library. Delete a video and your bill drops with it.
Can I delete videos to lower my bill?
Yes — that's the whole point. Recordings that helped solve a problem and are no longer useful? Delete them. Onboarding videos for processes that changed? Delete them. Your bill follows the videos you actually keep.
What if I just want to try it without paying anything?
The free plan keeps your first videos for free, forever. You don't need a credit card. When you outgrow it you can keep going on the paid plan, or delete some old videos to get back under the free limit.
Why not charge per person like everyone else?
Because charging per person punishes you for inviting people. Most teams ration access — engineering doesn't get it, sales doesn't get it, the intern definitely doesn't get it — and the video library shrinks to whoever the budget allows. We think the library should grow with the team, not shrink with the budget.
